Listen in your own way
A Closer Look at The Band
What the messages are for, how they come through, and what remains yours to decide.
A collective voice
The Band is the name used by the group of nonphysical teachers I channel. They speak as a collective voice, offering a wider perspective on our experience of being human.
Their messages can touch on relationships, purpose, the soul, change, loss, and the choices we make. A spiritual question often becomes a very practical conversation about how we live.
I have shared these conversations for more than 25 years. What matters to me is not asking you to accept a particular explanation, but giving you an opportunity to listen and consider what you hear.
How a message unfolds
I become quiet and allow the words to come through. I remain aware of what is being said, but I do not plan the message or decide its next direction.
A live gathering begins with that message. Afterward, we open the conversation for questions. The question one person brings often gives several people something to think about.
A recording lets you listen at your own pace. You may notice something different when you return to a message later.
You keep your own judgment
Do I have to believe in channeling?
No. You can listen without adopting a belief. Notice what is useful, ask questions, and leave what does not resonate.
Will The Band tell me what to do?
The messages are invitations to consider a wider perspective. Your decisions and responsibility for your own life remain yours.
What can I bring to a live gathering?
Bring your curiosity and the questions that are on your mind. You can participate in the conversation or simply listen.
Where should I begin?
Listen to This Old House, a message about the body, the spirit, and the part of us that remains whole.
