For me, channeling begins by becoming very quiet.
I step back from my everyday thinking and allow the words of The Band to come through me.
I remain aware. I can hear what is being said. But I am not planning the message or deciding what comes next.
I don't ask anyone to accept channeling as fact or belief.
I invite you to listen the same way I do:
Take what resonates. Question what doesn't. And trust yourself to know the difference.

I’m Willow Sibert
I'm a third-generation psychic and channel, a hypnotist, teacher, and someone who has spent much of my life helping people hear themselves more clearly.
For more than 25 years, I've worked with people who are searching for answers — sometimes spiritual answers, sometimes very human ones.
Again and again I've seen the same thing:
We often know more than we think we know.
Our own wisdom becomes difficult to hear beneath stress, fear, old stories, other people's expectations, and the sheer noise of living.
My work — whether I'm channeling The Band, guiding someone through hypnosis, or simply sitting with another person in a difficult moment — is about helping create enough space for that deeper knowing to become audible again.
I'm grounded. I'm practical. I have a sense of humor about being human.
And after all these years, I still believe one of the most important things any of us can learn is how to trust ourselves.

Meet The Band
More than 25 years ago, during a morning meditation, something changed.
I asked:
“Who's there?”
And heard:
“We are. We call ourselves The Band. And we'd like to speak through you.”
I wasn't immediately thrilled with that idea. I rather like being in control.
But over time we found our rhythm.
At one point they showed me an image of themselves: wise men and women gathered around a conference table.
The chair at the head of the table was empty.
I asked:
“Who's in charge?”
They answered:
“You are.”
That exchange tells you almost everything you need to know about The Band.
They are not here to run your life.
Their messages consistently bring us back to personal responsibility, inner wisdom, compassion, choice, and the experience of being both spiritual and very human.
